PROCESSING TIME
The processing time for each category is calculated from the time that your order is verified. Handmade or customized products usually require an additional two weeks and that would be specified in our Product Description.
Lighting and furniture items could take at least 10-15 days to be shipped，this is because they need to be made and items are in the queue before yours. While it does not take an excessive amount of time for each item to be made, care is still taken to ensure that your order is of the highest quality.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time describes the time taken for your goods to reach you, via the best express delivery method. We cooperate with DHL, USPS and other express service providers. Orders sent from the United States will usually take about 7 days, while those sent from outside the United States could take 15 days to arrive.
After the order is successfully dispatched, we will usually provide you with a tracking number. This usually occurs within one or two days and your tracking number will be sent to the email address that you have registered with us. Unfortunately.
